I can now add myself to the list of satisfied Valizo customers. They picked up our luggage from the hotel and transported it to the cruise ship, where we found it waiting for inside our cabin on arrival. Everything went smoothly, communication with the company was excellent, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I used Valizo on 7/31/2019. Very professional and the BEST service ever. We took Norwegian Baltic See cruise and used the service both ways: to the ship and from it. The transaction was smooth and without any problems. Very friendly service and out luggage was picked up on time and stored well. It is easy to find them, specifically when they gave us directions in the email. Thanks Valizo, without you we will not be able to enjoy Copenhagen!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.
